First open Photoshop (Photoshop7.0 for this tutoring). Go to File > New Set 300 x 150 pixels document set resolution at 72 pixels/inch and set RGB mode. After photoshop created new document set foreground color to sky blue and background color to light blue. Select gradient tool and drag gradient from top to bottom.

| Second (create circle 30x30 pattern) Go to File > New Set 30 x 30 pixels document set resolution at 72 pixels/inch and set RGB mode. After that create new layer and select elliptical marquee tool to draw a circle at the center of document (press shift when you draw a circle to make real circle). Choose paint bucket tool to fill sky blue foreground color in the circle. Drop the eye in background layer and go to menu selection choose all. At last of this step go to menu edit choose define pattern and close this document without save. |

| Third Choose pattern stamp tool with big brush and create new layer. Paint this brush to your work in this layer until brush fill all your work space. And select mode at pallete layer to overlay vivid color or other style, it's up to you. |
