Create new layer (layer 2) , At pallete layer make right click and choose select layer transparency. Use gradient tool choose background color as black and foreground color as white. Drag gradient from top to bottom and set opacity in layer 2 to 50% your logo will look like black tablet.
Type word as your company in black tablet button. After that open flower png file and place in button. Set layer mode as multiply. If scale of tablet and flower doesn't match use edit free transform to change flower size scale to fit with black tablet. Your artwork will finished like sample file.
