Go to File > New Set 30 x 30 pixels document set resolution at 72 pixels/inch and set RGB mode. After that create new layer and select elliptical marquee tool to draw a circle at the center of document (press shift when you draw a circle to make real circle). Choose paint bucket tool to fill sky blue foreground color in the circle. Drop the eye in background layer and go to menu selection choose all. At last of this step go to menu edit choose define pattern and close this document without save. |
