Open Photoshop (Photoshop7.0 for this tutoring). Go to File > New set document dimension as 230 x 230 pixels set resolution at 72 pixels/inch and set RGB mode. After photoshop created new document choose deep red color foreground. Create new layer and set name as circle. Use elliptical marquee tool to create a circle and go to menu select choose feather set feather radius as 5 px. After that go to menu edit choose stroke set stroke inside set normal and set pixel of stroke as 3 px. After created feather circle, go to menu select choose deselection. |
